Frank Bovell has been volunteering with HOPE worldwide Canada since 2001. Frank is also on the HOPE worldwide Canada Board of Directors for the Winnipeg Chapter. He has served in multiple capacities such as being a volunteer physician at Siloam Mission's Saul Sair Health Centre and a teacher for independent living classes for youth aging out of foster care with Child and Family Services. He works as an internal medicine specialist.
