Rob Grove and his son Nicholas - volunteers in Ottawa
Meet Rob Groves and his son Nicolas (11). They are volunteers in the Ottawa chapter. They volunteer every year to help the less fortunate in their community.
Rob shares his thoughts;
"My name is Rob Groves and I am a volunteer in Ottawa. I have been given a number of opportunities to serve with HOPE worldwide of Canada in Ottawa with my son Nicolas.
We have been able to participate with food drives, clothing drives and Toy drives. Through these, I have been able to build great friendships with others who are like minded.
I want to thank HOPE worldwide of Canada for this great privilege to serve those less fortunate in our community because I truly believe that it's in the giving that you receive.
There are many needs but the workers are few so, in the new year, I hope that many more people will take the opportunity to volunteer."
